A. What is my US Lacrosse membership number? How can
I find it?
• Your membership number is found above your name on
all mailings from US Lacrosse including your membership
card, renewal notices and your magazine label. If we have
a valid and legible e-mail address, your number was also
sent to you when you renewed/joined. If you can not find
your number, call the membership department at 410.235.6882
ext. 102 or send an e-mail to membership@uslacrosse.org.
B. How do I join or renew my membership with US Lacrosse?
• New and renewing members must either submit an application
or register securely on-line. Renewing or former members
must use their old membership number to avoid duplicate
memberships. An application may be downloaded or one can
be mailed or faxed to you. Call the membership department
at 410.235.6882 ext. 102, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5
p.m., EST or e-mail membership@uslacrosse.org for your old
membership number. Two months before your membership expires,
you will begin to receive e-mail notices. You will also
receive up to three renewal notices in the mail. Standard
processing time for faxed or mailed applications is 2-3
weeks.
C. What is my membership renewal date?
• A membership is good for 12 months. The exceptions
to a 12-month membership is a men's official membership
that expires on October 31st regardless of the date joined,
and a women's official membership that expires on December
31st, regardless of the date joined. Your expiration date
is also listed above your name on your magazine label next
to your membership number and is printed on your membership
card. You will begin to receive e-mails two months before
your membership will expire and an application in the mail
the month before.

packet?

membership has been processed, for those who have given
a valid and legible e-mail address, you will receive an
e-mail confirmation the day after your membership has been
processed. A membership packet, including your card, should
be received 2-4 weeks after being processed.
