US Lacrosse Potomac Chapter's Officials Training Program for High School Students
Eligibility:
To be eligible, applicants should:
(1) be 16 or older;
(2) be a member of US Lacrosse (Youth - $25, High School - $35, Adult -$50 - see Apply for US Lacrosse Membership);
(3) have freshman, junior varsity or varsity playing experience.

Classroom Training:
Classroom training consists of three (3), two and one-half hour sessions.

Trainees will be provided a US Lacrosse MDOC Officials Level 1 Training Manual along with an addendum containing two-man mechanics exhibits and narrative explanation.

Field training consists of local scrimmages at which trainees will work the field and be evaluated.

Certification:
Upon successful completion of the classroom and field training, new officials will receive a US Lacrosse MDOC Level 1 Officials patch and US flag to be worn on their shirts.
