Simply the best youth camp around!!! 20th year!!! Over 50 past attendees have earned all-met recognition and over 150 past campers have gone onto play in college lacrosse. Including All-Americans: Joey Kemp, Dan Glading, Andrew Brancaccio, Matt Hickman, Nick Veith, Bill Gerrish, Scott Doyle, Brendan Fry, Greg Tomasso, Trevor Casey, Jeremy Hirsch, Mike Flanagan, Matt Hahn, Ed Brown, CJ Kemp, Pat Keeley, John Bennett, Ryan Shuler, John Paleologos, and many more.

The camp has produced five Washington DC Players of the Year. John Paleologos, John Bennett, Danny Glading, Andrew Brancaccio, and Ryan Shuler.

All-Met is dedicated to teaching all facets of the game. Shooting, defending, GB's, riding, clearing, dodging, face-offs, goal keeping, team defense, and team offense. Games are played daily with the emphasis on improving as a complete player. Ages for the camp are 9-15. Campers need to bring all equipment, towel, suit, sneakers, and a lunch. Drinks, hot-dogs, and hamburgers are available at the camp store. LAXWORLD will stop by each camp with discounted wears and equipment for sale.

At C.O.T., we recognize that skill and strategy will only take you so far in today's exceedingly competitive environment. For this reason, we help to develop an athlete that has the physical and mental stamina to compete at the highest levels. We offer a variety of camps clinics and leagues to this purpose.

With the opening of Champions Field House LABOR DAY 2008, we will be expanding our developmental programs for elementary aged athletes. The Jackals, COTs competitive club lacrosse program, is coming off of a stellar summer season, with its top team losing only 3 games during the entire summer session.
